Do you gift wrap?
Currently we do not. We hope to have gift wrapping services available for Holiday 2023. However we do offer complimentary note cards.
Can I add a personalized notecard to the order?
Yes you can! At checkout there is a box for notes, please add your message there and we will hand write it on a branded notecard :)
My candle arrived broken, what do I do?
In the event that your candle arrives broken, please send us a picture of the shipping box and broken candle to support@the125collection.com. Please send these photos within 5 days of receiving the damaged product. Once received we will send a replacement out.
Where is my package it still hasn't arrived?
If you are waiting for a package in transit, it may arrive later than expected as all the major carriers are experiencing heavy volumes. This can cause shipment delays, as well as less scans along the way which is completely out of our control. If a package is time sensitive, please consider selecting 2day Air or Overnight shipping. However, if your package is deemed lost by the carrier, we will be happy to replace your order.
I Changed My Mind, Can I Get a Refund?
Due to the customized nature of the candle, we can not provide refunds or exchanges.
My Package Was Stolen, Can you send a replacement?
Unfortunately, we can not. Once the package has been delivered to the shipping address or mailbox we can no longer insure it. If your package was stolen, please reach out to your local police department for further assistance. Please visit our terms and conditions page to access all information regarding our policies.
