Shipping + Return Policy
All orders are processed within 2-4 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on national United States holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. If you receive a damaged or defective product upon delivery, we are happy to refund or replace it but we require a photograph of the damaged product within 5 days of delivery. If your item is lost during transit, please contact us at support@the125collection and we will file a claim and reship a replacement out to you as soon as possible. If for any reason your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost to reship the package.
Currently we are shipping to US and Canada only. Shipping to UK will be available October/November 2022.
